In celebration of the University of St Andrews 600th anniversary, please join Principal and Vice Chancellor, Professor Louise Richardson with alumni, parents and friends for a toast to the University and the Boston film screening of "Ever to Excel", an enthralling cinematic account of the foundation and development of the University of St Andrews. It celebrates learning, discoveries, old traditions and new beginnings, interwoven with stories charting the exciting progress of St Andrews over its 600-year history.
Starring the incomparable Sir Sean Connery and directed by the award winning film maker Murray Grigor OBE, Ever to Excel includes appearances by Scotland’s First Minister Alex Salmond, novelist Fay Weldon, poet Jay Parini, psychiatrist Kay Redfield Jamison, and the writer Alastair Reid.
