The Jacek E. Giedrojć Gallery was established at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) in 2013 with the support of Jacek E. Giedrojć, founding partner and chairman of Warsaw Equity Group. It gallery's exhibits feature art, photography and other work that enhances perceptions and understanding of European cultures, societies and their histories.
On March 7, 2018, CES will open its new exhibit Occupying Paris: 1968 and the Spaces of Protest. On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the May 1968 movement, this exhibit will feature a selection of period posters and photographs to reconsider an extraordinary month of civil disobedience, evaluate the impact it made then, and assess the legacy it bequeathed for practitioners of dissent to this day.
Visitors are welcome to view the exhibit during the following gallery hours:
Monday – Thursday 12:00 – 2:00 PM
Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
