John F. Kennedy Memorial Policy Fellows & CES Policy Fellows

Anna Sauerbrey and Martin Klingst serve as John F. Kennedy Memorial Policy Fellows during the fall 2023

The Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) regularly hosts distinguished academics, journalists, and public servants as John F. Kennedy Memorial Policy Fellows or CES Policy Fellows. During their stay, Fellows:

  • Give a number of public lectures and share their insights on the areas of their expertise with students and faculty.
  • Participate in events on campus and at CES that benefit their own professional and intellectual interests.
  • Leverage their time at Harvard as a short period of intellectual reflection and as an opportunity to leverage Harvard’s significant resources.

For more information, contact Elaine Papoulias, CES Executive Director.

Most Policy Fellows at CES are John F. Kennedy Memorial Policy Fellows supported by the John F. Kennedy Memorial Fellowship established in 1967 to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the Harvard community and leading German academics, journalists, and policymakers. The fellowship supports Germany’s most outstanding thinkers to share their research, writing, and ideas as well as providing the intellectual atmosphere and resources of Harvard to help advance their academic and professional goals.
