Laura coordinates and manages several aspects of the Center's programmatic activities. This includes implementation of the Visiting Scholars Program and visiting Short Term Fellows, organizing special events and lecture series, administering the Center's offered summer internships and research grants, and facilitating undergraduate and graduate student initiatives. She manages the CES Research Assistantship Program and engages with students of the Harvard community and other professional schools regarding event collaboration, networking opportunities, and targeted outreach. She served as Assistant to Directors and Program Assistant at CES for six years before assuming this position. Prior to the Center, she was at the Harvard T.H. Chan Harvard School of Public Health, where she worked in grants administration and project coordination for the largest grant in Harvard’s public health history, PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief).
