In recent years Russia re-emerged as the major challenge to the existing international order and the main threat to security in Europe. The Western response to the annexation of Crimea and the war in Eastern Ukraine has alienated Russia even more. This lecture will explore whether the West can benefit by reacting positively on some of Moscow’s signals?
