Social foundations of reproduction regimes and implications for inequality
Hannah Zagel is the head of the Research Group "Varieties of Reproduction Regimes" at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center. She received her Ph.D. in social policy from the University of Edinburgh in 2013, and held postdoctoral positions in Bremen, Hamburg, and at Humboldt-University of Berlin.
During her stay at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES), Zagel will work on a book project focused on the social foundations of reproduction regimes. She will also pursue comparative analyses of social inequalities unfolding in different types of reproduction regimes in Europe and North America.
