Bo Yun Park is a Ph.D. student in Sociology. She
received her BA in Political Science with honors from Barnard College
and pursued a MA in Comparative Political Sociology at the Institut
d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) via the Columbia
University/Sciences Po Five-Year BA/MA Program. Her primary research
interests lie at the intersection of political and cultural sociology.
She is currently working on projects on youth political participation,
collective identity formation, and modes of political discourse in the
United States. Previously, Bo Yun has interned for the Civil Society,
Markets, and Democracy Initiative at the Council on Foreign Relations in
New York and worked on the 2012 French Electoral Studies at the Centre
d’Etudes Européennes in Paris.
