Arkādijs Zvaigzne is a Ph.D. student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) in education policy and program evaluation. His goal as a researcher is to provide useful and important knowledge for policymakers about how to best use educational systems to decrease inequality, especially focusing on how various ways of funding students and institutions can help to achieve these goals. He comes from an international higher education policymaking background, which informs his research interests.
