Adriana Alfaro Altamirano is a PhD student in government at Harvard University. Her research interests include moral psychology, political anthropology, phenomenology, and philosophy of law, with a special focus on continental political thought. Her dissertation examines the contributions of French and German phenomenology of the late 19th- and early 20th-centuries to theories of individuality and agency within the tradition of political thought. At Harvard, she is working toward a secondary field in German Studies. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from ITAM in Mexico City.
