Pär Nuder is a Senior Director of ASG, advising clients on global financial trends and providing strategic advice to clients seeking to enter the European market, with a focus on Scandinavia and the Baltics, from the firm’s Stockholm office. Nuder served as the Minister of Finance of Sweden from 2004-2006. Previously he served as Minister of Culture, Minister for Policy Coordination and as State Secretary and Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Göran Persson. Nuder also served as a Member of Parliament, political secretary to the Social Democratic parliamentary party group, and political adviser to the Minister of Justice and to Prime Ministers Ingvar Carlsson and Göran Persson. Earlier in his career, Nuder spent twelve years as a member of the Österåker Municipal Executive Committee and served as the chairman of the Stockholm County branch of the Swedish Social Democratic Youth League club. Nuder earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Stockholm University.
