Guillaume Wadia

Guillaume Wadia is a PhD student in history at Harvard University. His research examines the nature of French imperial rule in North Africa during the first half of the twentieth century. By focusing on the role of the French police and intelligence services in North Africa, and European and indigenous responses to French rule, Wadia’s work attempts to shed new light on the French empire as it was experienced.
