Samuel is a fifth-year doctoral candidate in the department of government and a doctoral fellow in the program in inequality and social policy. He previously read philosophy, politics, and economics at St John’s College, Oxford. Samuel’s research explores how education and social networks shape people’s political attitudes and behavior.
