Karl Kaiser

Karl Kaiser is a local affiliate at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) at Harvard University and a fellow at the Project on Europe and the Transatlantic Relationship at Harvard Kennedy School, where he is an adjunct professor for public policy emeritus. He was the Otto-Wolf-Director of the German Council on Foreign Relations, Bonn/Berlin, and is professor emeritus at the University of Bonn. He was also a John F. Kennedy Memorial Fellow at CES and a long-time seminar chair at the Center. He has published numerous books and articles on German, British, French, and American foreign policies, transatlantic and East-West relations, European integration, and Asian-European relations.
