Guillou is senior researcher at the Observatoire Francais des Conjonctures Économiques (OFCE) which is the research center in economics of Sciences-Po, Paris. She is specializing in international industrial economics. Her research interests focus on questions related to effects of globalization on firms and industries. She has recently edited a book on the French manufacturing industry. Guillou is currently working on a project that evaluates the reality, opportunity, and feasibility of European industrial policy. Guillou received her PhD from Nice-Sophia Antipolis University (France) in fall 2002. She will be in residence at CES from September 2010 through June 2011 as an invited research scholar.
