This seminar will focus on a discussion of Mark Blyth and Daniel Driscoll’s paper “Decarbonizing National Growth Models: Derisking, ‘Crap States,’ and the Decarbonization Possibility Frontier” which assesses the decarbonization capacity from a growth model perspective.
