Biography

Alexandra Todorova

Alexandra is a sophomore in Eliot House. She is originally from Bulgaria and has spent five years living in the United States as a child. At Harvard, she plans on concentrating in history with a possible secondary in social anthropology. In addition to her role as Academic Committee Co-Chair of the European Society, she is active in the Bulgarian Club, the South Slavic Society (HSSS), and the Outreach Committee of the Woodbridge International Society. She is passionate about the historical development of Europe from the Renaissance to the World Wars and beyond. She initially joined the European Society to meet fellow Europeans and find like-minded people away from home. Since then, the Society has become an integral part of her social and academic life, enabling her to explore her academic interests, enrich her knowledge of European current events, and form lasting friendships.
