Chase Foster

Chase Foster is a PhD student in government at Harvard University. His research interests include comparative public policy and regulation in OECD countries. Foster has a Master in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he wrote a policy analysis exercise on American and European climate policy on aviation emissions and was executive content editor for the Kennedy School Review. Before attending Harvard, Foster spent four years working as an advocate for campaign finance and election reform and studied public policy at UNC-Chapel Hill.
