Hendrik Ankenbrand works as a business correspondent with the German daily newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in Hamburg, Germany. He reports on companies and politics in the north of Germany. Ankenbrand holds an MA in economics and politics from Cologne University. In 2009, Ankenbrand is participating in an international exchange program for journalists, working with local journalists in Beijing, China. He will conduct research at CES from end of January to June 2010 as a Bucerius fellow.
