Rosecrance is adjunct professor of public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School where he teaches “Economics and Security.” He is the author of numerous works including the recent History and Neorealism (with E. May and Z. Steiner, 2010) as well as Power and Restraint: A Shared Vision for the US-Chinese Relationship (with G. Guoliang, 2009) and No More States (with A. Stein, 2006). His articles have appeared in numerous journals including Foreign Affairs. He is currently finishing a work on The Return of the West: The United States, the European Union, and China (forthcoming).
