Theresa Reinold

Theresa Reinold is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at the Social Science Research Center Berlin (WZB). Theresa received her PhD in Political Science from Tuebingen University in 2009. Prior to joining the WZB, she was a postdoctoral research fellow at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. Her current research focuses on global constitutionalism and rule of law promotion beyond the nation-state. Her articles have appeared in The American Journal of International Law, the Review of International Studies, the Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding, the International Journal of Constitutional Law, Global Responsibility to Protect, Zeitschrift fuer Internationale Beziehungen, and Die Friedenswarte, among others. She has also written a monograph on Sovereignty and the Responsibility to Protect: The Power of Norms and the Norms of the Powerful, to be published by Routledge in December 2012.
