Rosenblum is associate professor at Webster University, St. Louis. His interests include comparative social policy, public history, and modern Jewish history. He is the author of Beyond the Prison Gates: Punishment and Welfare in Germany, 1850-1933 (2008). He is currently writing a book about the Haas-Helling murder case of 1926 and the \"crisis of popular trust\" in the justice system during the Weimar Republic. He will be in residence at CES from September to January.
