Meszerics is assistant professor at the political science department of the Central European University in Budapest. He has published on the history of World War II, intelligence history, and on democratic theory in the Journal of Contemporary History, Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, Rivista Storica Italiana, East European Quarterly, and with other journals. He is currently finalizing a book project on the activities of British and American intelligence and special operations organizations in Hungary during World War II.
