The second session of the Thesis Workshop for Juniors is designed to help you learn about Harvard Library resources for conducting research on Europe, about the proper etiquette and timeline in asking for letters of recommendation, and about how to find a proper thesis adviser for your thesis project.
This session will be virtual and is open to Harvard College students, preferably juniors, irrespective of their geographic or subject-area focus.

Writing a senior thesis can be a daunting task. For Harvard College students interested in writing a senior thesis, the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) offers the Thesis Workshop for Juniors to navigate this process. The sessions are designed to build fundamental skills for writing a successful thesis and offer a chance to learn from seniors completing their projects. All sessions are open to Harvard College students, especially juniors, intending to write theses in the social sciences, irrespective of geographic or subject-area focus.
