The 16th edition of the Boston Turkish Festival’s Documentary and Short Film Competition will start on November 20th on a virtual platform and continue until December 15th.
26th Boston Turkish Arts and Culture Festival is proud to present the 16th edition of its annual Documentary and Short Film Competition on a virtual platform. The first of its kind in North America, this groundbreaking competition is an annual cinematic tradition, which has won international acclaim.
This year a total of 33 films (13 documentaries and 20 short films) will be screened online. In addition to the jury-selected awards of the “Best Documentary” and “Best Short Film,” film enthusiasts are also invited to vote online for the “Audience Awards.” In this rare opportunity, they will be able to explore the works of a new generation of filmmakers firsthand.
