What is the Russian government’s strategy toward Europe? What are the levers of influence at the Kremlin's disposal, and how does it wield them in Eastern versus Western Europe? At this seminar, the speakers will discuss the opportunities and constraints facing Russia with a specific look at Western Europe and Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova.
