Max Neufeind is a policy advisor at the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. His research focuses on the future of work in the digital age. He was one of the organizers responsible for the ministry’s highly-regarded dialogue process “Work 4.0”. Neufeind holds a M.Sc. in International Employment Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich).
