Biography

Paris Boo

Paris Boo is a Ph.D. student at the department of government at Harvard University. Her research examines international institutions and security, with a focus on domestic audiences and interbranch relations. She is also interested in the governance of emerging technologies and their impact on international security. She has previously worked at INTERPOL and the European Parliament, as well as on governmental projects for Korea’s Ministry of National Defense. Boo graduated with highest honors from Seoul National University, where she obtained her MA in International Studies and her BA in English.

At the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies, Boo chairs the European Union Seminar.
