Biography

Paris Boo

Paris Boo is a Ph.D. student in government at Harvard University. Her research examines international institutions and security, with a focus on domestic audiences and interbranch relations. She is also interested in the governance of emerging technologies and their impact on international security. She has previously worked at INTERPOL and the European Parliament, as well as on governmental projects for Korea’s Ministry of National Defense.

Boo obtained her M.A. in international studies and her B.A. in Eenglish from Seoul National University. At the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES), Boo co-chairs the European Union Seminar.
