CES affiliate Art Goldhammer recently won the French-American Foundation Translation Prize in nonfiction for his translation of Tocqueville's The Ancien Régime and the French Revolution. The award was made at the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in New York on Wednesday, May 23rd.
