Join us for an interactive session on two essential skills: making the most of Harvard’s library resources and requesting strong letters of recommendation. You’ll learn how to tap into Harvard’s vast research infrastructure, from specialized databases to archival collections, and how to work with librarians and archivists. You’ll also learn how to build meaningful relationships with faculty that lead to effective recommendation letters. Whether you’re preparing for summer research, fellowship applications, or your thesis, this workshop will help you strengthen both your research foundation and your academic network.

About

If you are a Harvard College student interested in writing a senior thesis, consider attending the Thesis Workshop for Juniors organized by the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) to help you navigate through the daunting process. This session is the second one in this workshop series designed to:

  • build fundamental skills for writing a successful thesis.
  • access the best methods and practices for remote learning and research.
  • showcase the work of seniors who are completing their research.

Mark your calendar for other upcoming sessions of the Thesis Workshop for Juniors.
