This year marks the 11th anniversary of the European Conference, a two-day, student-led conference at Harvard Kennedy School. Under the theme Leader or Dreamer? Europe’s Role in a Fragmented World Order, this year's conference will take place from from January 31-February 1, 2025 and bring together over 750 academics, students, and future leaders from around the world. Across ten panels, four keynote speeches and several working groups, the European Conference will address pivotal topics shaping Europe's future, such as defense, energy security, economic resilience, and transatlantic relations. This year's speakers include, among others, Mirjana Egger, president of the ICRC; Ionnis Ktistakis, judge of the European Court of Human Rights; Pierre Wunsch, governor of the National Bank of Belgium; Mateusz Morawiecki, former prime minister of Poland; and Riad Meddeb, director of Sustainable Energy Hub at UNDP.

This conference is co-sponsored by the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies.
