As the European Council is set to debate the future enlargement of the European Union in Zagreb in May, the Harvard Undergraduate Thomas V. Sullivan Society in collaboration with the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) is gathering policy experts, academics, and public servants to discuss the future of accession and enlargement policy in the Western Balkans.
