Against the background of lasting, structural
imbalances, trade has become contentious, also across the Atlantic.
Berend Diekmann and Hans-Helmut Kotz will
examine the main conflicts in EU-U.S. trade relations. They have been simmering

on underlying reasons for these tensions, options for cooperative solutions
will be assessed.
