The Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies is pleased to announced the second Václav Havel Lecture on Human Rights, Civil Society and Democracy with an address by his H.E. Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic. This event will take place at the Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School.

This event will be for Harvard I.D. holders only and will require registration for in-person attendance. Please register with a valid Harvard email address to attend in-person.
