Join the Harvard European Law Association for a discussion with Martín Martínez on European Union (EU) Competition Law. Martínez will analyze how the EU is at the forefront of tackling the challenges presented by digital markets; adapting its competition framework; and reflecting on how competition law can help achieve broader public interest goals, such as strengthening democracy and combating climate change.
