The Harvard European Law Association invites you to join a discussion with former President of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) Síofra O'Leary about recent climate litigation in Europe. O'Leary will focus on three ground-breaking cases decided by the ECHR in 2024, provide insight into the institution's practice and procedures, and examine the implications of climate change litigation on policy.
This event is organized by the Harvard European Law Association and co-sponsored by the Harvard Student Initiatives at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) at Harvard University.
