In this seminar, Daniel S. Markey will present key arguments of his book China’s Western Horizon: Beijing and the New Geopolitics of Eurasia (Oxford University Press, 2020). Andrew Small will serve as a discussant and provide an overview of the European perspectives on China’s engagement in Eurasia. The seminar will be chaired by Nargis Kassenova.
