The European Union is caught in multiple crises and legitimacy problems that are eroding the foundations of European integration. This talk will present a broad framework to reverse this trend. It is based on strengthening institutional legitimacy, defining concrete missions, reclaiming key policy instruments and setting out a vision for a digital social market economy.
